When we talk about Women role in this Male dominating society, the topic hold very deep meaning in itself .A women who plays different roles for different people which helps society to become best version of themselves still struggling to make her own presence in the development and betterment of herself in the society. After gaining equal education, every second time she is fighting for her equal status and recognition. Indubitably, she succeeds in gaining equal rights to their male counterparts globally in different dimensions of society. She has broke all the complex way of thinking which hinders her path of building her competitive place in democratic and sustainable development. It is observed that women has proven her role in politics, trading and various leadership roles in public and private sector, filling the gaps in both developed and developing countries. She has not limited to household boundaries but also expanding her dimensions giving tuff competition to this male dominating society. She is much more caliber to provide help to the countries who are struggling hard to get back on democratic lane. There are so many women who have establish their name in almost every profession like engineering, medical, hardware, I.T, teaching, politics, sports, scientists and still counting..They have become successful entrepreneurs also who further helping the society in generating employment opportunities, uplifting the women status in society.
When we talk about women as employee or workers and giving them the equal status in the organization, good percentage of women think that most of the time they become the victims of partial decisions related to the equal pay for equal work. They face the problem of gender diversity in the workplace. Although women have progressed, yet looking from a wider perspective, the situation remains questionable. As per the statistics given by CARE, women work two-third of the world’s working hours and produce half of the world’ food it further stated that women earn only 10% of the world’s income and owns less than 1 % of the property which is quite vulnerable. There is a need of platform to the revolutionary mindset for the women is required on long term basis where they also feel protected and appreciated with equal status in society. Every women is colorful as butterflies let them live their life in their own way..
